The Region of Central Macedonia participated in the 8th EXPOTROF – The Greek Fine Food Exhibition 2022, which was held at the new Mediterranean Exhibition Centre (MEC), in Paiania, Athens,  with 16 local businesses from the Region of Central Macedonia joining in.

At the “We cook Greek Cuisine” stage of this exhibition, the Region of Central Macedonia showcased the distinguished chef of the Northern Greece Chefs Club, Mr. Marinos Chondrolidis, who cooked  tabbouleh salad, pork with quinces and sour apples, red pumpkin with batzos cheese and Naoussa mustpies, using exquisite  products and recipes from Central Macedonia, which were born in the charming crossroads of flavors and cultures.
